The Client Brief

Our fabulous Surry Hills client was ready to transform his kitchen into something truly spectacular! The old space was crying out for a makeover, lacking both functionality and style. With a desire for more storage and a sophisticated vibe that added a dash of drama, our mission was clear: let’s create a kitchen that inspires!

The Challenge

Navigating a galley kitchen can be tricky, but we saw this as an exciting challenge! Our objective was to craft a functional yet stunning space that our client would love to cook, entertain, and gather in. The goal? A kitchen renovation that looks incredible and feels like the heart of the home.

The Design Solution

We set out to design a kitchen layout pact with symmetry, which we felt would best complement the space. The cooktop became the star, proudly positioned at the centre, flanked by a striking splashback and elegant, towering cabinets that define the cooking zone with flair. Opposite the cooktop, we placed the sink to create a natural workflow, ensuring everything was easily reachable while keeping that chic symmetry. We reached for the sky—literally! Cabinetry extended to the ceiling, maximising storage and adding a sense of grandeur to the area. The impressive island, running elegantly the length of the cabinetry, featured stunning quartzite stone, making a bold contrast with the warm timber-look cabinetry. The layout boasted two entry points, allowing for seamless traffic flow, so friends and family can join in on the cooking fun without bumping into one another!

The Result

What an incredible transformation! The carefully curated materials and thoughtful layout have resulted in a kitchen where our client truly feels at home. The elegance and uniqueness of the space mirror our client's refined taste. Cooking has become a joy for our client in this sophisticated space, and we couldn't be more thrilled for them! We love this kitchen as much as our client does!
