The Client Brief

As part of a complete home overhaul our clients needed a new kitchen and laundry. They wanted a ‘hamptons’ style kitchen and laundry with plenty of character. They needed a kitchen that felt roomy and a kitchen design solution that was going to make the most of the space they had.

The Challenge

We needed to create a kitchen design that was going to maximise storage and functionality for our clients in keeping with the ‘hamptons’ look they were after.

The Design Solution

The kitchen layout was changed and we maximised the available space by adding butlers pantry to the rear, concealed behind a shaker style bi-fold. A large central island provides additional work space and a place for the family to gather for casual meals. The shaker style cabinetry was continued through the butlers pantry and laundry for a cohesive look. 

The Result

With a new baby on the way, Alex and his partner have a kitchen that will suit their growing family. A beautiful hamptons style kitchen renovation with a cleverly constructed butlers pantry offering plenty of additional storage and a renovated functional laundry with plenty of room to work in.
