The Client Brief

Our lovely client lives in the epicentre of the Sydney CBD, at the luxurious ‘Mantra’. Helen felt that her kitchen and bathrooms were in need of an update to better reflect her current style. In particular, it was important that the bathrooms were easy to clean and kitchen was functional.   

The Challenge

Our customer enjoys travelling so it was important to her not to have to disrupt her travel plans. She needed to trust her project to be completed to the highest quality, on-time and that decisions that needed to be made could be done without her having to be present.

The Design Solution

Balnei & Colina designed the kitchen and bathroom layouts to allow for greater functionality. Neolith slabs were proposed for the bathrooms. The product minimises the need for grout lines making for easier bathroom cleaning and maintenance.

The Result

A very happy client with a new quality constructed kitchen and bathrooms, renovated with ease. Helen’s new custom kitchen and bathroom are now more functional and better reflect her taste and style.
